Google calendar is meant to synic to the phone like gmail does right? But it doesn't seem to be doing anything? Anyone got this to work?

Working fine here Briggs in both directions, created an event on the phone, replicated itself to the computer, deleted on computer changes reflected on the phone (took a minute though in that direction).

Are you syncing on exchange or via Google account sync? I'm using Google account sync for the calender because CallTrack only works via that...

I've got it in my phone, looking at general sync settings my gmail account is there. Its got sync for contact and email. No calendar?

If I go into Settings --> Accounts and Sync --> Google account the options for Sync are Calender, Contacts, Gmail, Picasa web Albums. Is it not the same for you?

I had this problem, but I then discovered that my entries into the phone's calendar were stored under 'My Calendar' rather than the linked calendar...

When you add an event, about half way down there is box called 'Calendar'. If you change that to your google account, it should synchronise.

What I can't work out is how to transfer all 'My Calendar' events into the google calendar and how to set the google calendar as the default option :(

Calendar syncs fine with Google Calendar once I realised that entries made on the phone need to be stored in google calendar rather than my calendar. Only problem now is how to set google calendar as the default setting so I don't have to change it manually every time I make a calendar entry.

Thanks tiptronic. I'll wait with interest. Only hope that the useless Kies software will let me install it when it comes!
